Trakkadu 4Motion with Off-Road-Pak means you can take

Trakka started building VW Kombi motorcamper conversions
in the early 1970s.From
there the constant quest for innovation and improvement
brought about radical off-road testing programs resulting
in the exceptional Trakkadu with Auto Seikel Off-Road-Pak.
- Based
on Volkswagen’s 4Motion T5 Transporter, this
Trakkadu enables you to go places others dare not
travel. The standard Volkswagen 4Motion system automatically
chooses the best transmission characteristics for
the prevailing road and weather conditions, apportioning
exactly the right amount of power to the wheels. The
result is superb stability and optimum control for
the driver whether on loose gravel, a rocky hill or
even snow and ice with less risk of traction loss
or skidding.
- On
top of Volkswagen’s intelligent 4Motion four
wheel drive system, TRAKKA offers a Dakar rally-proven
Off-Road-Pak that includes raised suspension with
heavy-duty springs and gas shock absorbers for increased
ground clearance and suspension travel.
- A
low-ratio gearbox features extra low ratio 1st and
2nd gearing for better performance in steep or difficult
terrain and a tough aluminium plate is fitted for
under-body protection.
- Air
intake Snorkle for crossing waterways and travelling
through bull dust areas, and All-terrain off-road
tyres and spare wheel carrier modification complete
this outstanding package.
- Whether
it’s accessing a remote pristine beach, clambering
down a rocky track to an out of the way riverside
campsite or climbing a high peak to watch the sun
